4. How long will we retain your data for?

We are entitled to do so because we are permitted to do so by Article 9(2)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) as it is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
